The duration of B.Ed Degree is two years. Each candidate has to concentrate three Contact Programs forcibly in two years admission. Only then, candidate becomes qualified to come out for the theory and practical examinations. Those who had not completed theory examinations inside stipulated time must complete it within admission of four years. 

University provides the B.Ed Program via medium to both English and Kannada. Candidates must give the option for medium of Instruction. In addition, the students may submit the assignments and endeavor term-end examination for medium of the selection. Contact Programs, Audio-Video Programs, and Practice Teaching may be given through medium they favor as much as possible.

Eligibility 

The applicant must be Graduate (Bachelor's/ Master's degree holder), in one subject from any recognized university OR Master's degree holder without the Bachelor's degree OR the teachers serving in the recognized schools or institutions within jurisdiction of university in the Karnataka state, having minimum 2 years teaching experience. The course of the duration is 2 years.
